The skeleton was $30 from a store called Walgreens. It’s a national chain in the U.S., so you might be able to find one in your area at Halloween. It’s tied to the tree with fishing wire. The foam jack-o-lantern is fastened to the ribcage with zip ties (just poked through the foam) and the skeleton hands are fastened to the pumpkin in the same fashion.
In the window is a Scene Setter wall hanging. It was made to hang on a wall and look like a shadow cast by a hanging skeleton. But it looks great in a window behind a makeshift curtain made from a bedsheet.
